One thing that people continually see is the word is consistency. When athletes plan and train, consistency is absolutely key. A single good workout on occasion will most likely not give you the impact to your overall health that you’re working towards. This can seem daunting though, knowing that you will need to work hard and do hard SHT to achieve your personal goals, and do it CONSISTANTLY?! Multiple times per week, every month? Seems like a lot.
Please allow me to offer some insight. You’re already doing something consistently. Your current behaviors and activity you have already been doing consistently, and they led you here. “If you keep doing the same thing, you will keep getting the same results’-Unknown.
What’s next? What’s something you’re already doing consistently that you know is not moving you toward your goal? Have you listened to the SHT Podcast about “Doing the next right thing.”? Realize that your now apart of a tribe, all in various stages of doing hard SHT, and all working to make each other better. Reflect on what you can do for yourself consistently, and what you have been doing consistently that got you to this point.
